I have been using the free SPAMFIGHTER program for some time now . I can recommend it . Just google SPAMFIGHTER for details.

I cant be certain but you could check to see if your computer has spyware or check your recent website sign ups as they both give spam. Sorry i can't help you more. good luck :)

Depends on your mail system, some systems let you right rules to block messages. Their are spam filters you can install, search google
