I generally perform better without, I usually have my son in the car though - but he's only 4, and doesn't seem to mind...
Duets with my sister are fun too. I love driving long distances with her in the car! Windows closed, aircon on, and let rip!
Thanks for asking this - I didn't know I shared the sing-driving affliction with so many other drivers!!

I guess people perform better singing alone, maybe because you get to express yourself freely without hesitations. Probably if you get to practice a lot, you'll get to perform on stage. haha.

without, I don't like to sing in front of people, except my kids, they love to hear me sing whether I sound horrible or not, they're only 4, 3 and 18 months though.

Both, when you are in your car you can really get in to it. And then when others are there they some times help and make it that much better.

without, i prefer to sing all alone, that way i dont subject anyone else to my voice when i sing off key
