I think Alan Sugar and Simon Cowell as they are normally always right in the criticism that they give. I respect both men and only like taking advice from people I respect. No point in telling people they are good if in reality they suck! Honesty is the best policy on reality TV and makes the best TV moments.

spose it depends on what the advice was for..if it was my singing capability then I reckon Simon Cowell definately...and he would say he had never heard such pants in his life cos I can't sing so guess I wouldn't ask him!! If I could ask literally ANYONE, it would be my dad who passed away last year.
