I know a good internet site but where do you live.
I bought one and got it the next day. Good price in the 345 -500 range

Programming takes very little to run you could get a used laptop, like one that costs around $300 that can connect to the internet and you will be set.

Hello,
I do reccomend a HP laptop to start off with because they are reliable and quick and you can get them from most electronic store like Dixons, Comet etc.
