So today is your birthday...I know it means a lot to people so I will give it my best shot.
I have no idea about makeup or the such. If you wanna look sexy then you should do what you think is right. What makes you feel that way.
Pictures...that's a grey area. If your over 18 get some soft porn pics of yourself.
If under that age...do a nice portrait but if you decide nude pics...don't post them anywhere on the net. Print them at home.

Just be yourself and forget the hair doo's and make up. Just take an everyday normal picture of yourself. That would be enough for me if I was your boyfriend. I would want to see the everyday you. Hair style...U can open ur hair....as u have lovely straight hair DONT TIE THEM.....yes ofcourse u can highlight them but only 2 or 3 streaks...not more than tht..it'll look hideous...
5.5 is a good height....U can wear something Different to look different...DONT WEAR FADE AND DECENT clothes....
Make up...hmm...can be lil glossy type.....very light eye shadow...not a thick eye liner....Put lil (very lil blush) on ur cheeka...b4 putting lipstick dont forget to cover ur lip wid some..foundation cream....as it'll bring ur lipstick color look more beautiful....and yes put gloss also after u finsh wid ur lips......
