Well I now have my avitar on this bit and have invited a couple of people that answered my last 360 question so thanks to you all, but...
I have been clicking on my lists to find other people with same interests and a lot (in fact it seems like all) are coming up as not in my network, whats that all about.
Sorry if I'm coming accross as thick but if I dont know I gotta ask

First of all, your 360 page is very nice.
As about your question... As of now, only Linda is your friend on 360. Also, Linda has only one friend - you. So, your "network" consists only of two people: You and Linda.
Now suppose, Linda has a friend "XYZ". Then XYZ will be in your network, because you are connected to XYZ through Linda.
To add more people to your network, you can add more friends. (There is an "Add as a Friend" on the left of every 360 profile page.
