Okay, I had trouble knowing where to post this: "relationships", "pregnancy" , "mental health".. And I figured I'd get a wide range of answers from P&S.

I love my bf to bits, but since I got pregnant, all this stuff about him is bugging me, like:

-He eats left-handed but does everything else right-handed.
-He always goes for a number 2 after we've settled in bed to sleep.
-He moans incessantly when he feels a bit ill.
-When I ask him whats wrong, he always says "nothng", but later goes on to say something like "My mum died 6 months ago today". Well WHY DIDNT U TELL ME!!??

(Sorry!)

It's not that they are really important things, or stuff I'd ever leave him over, I just wonder if anyone has been in a similar situation?

Could it be pregnancy hormones? Am I just being horrible?

;-) Thanks!

it's the pregnancy. you need to relax, to take care of yourself, you are the most important now, because you have that precious baby who's growing inside and the others should understand that.

It could be the hormones then again you may have been repressing your feelings for quite a while. The right hand left hand thing is probably hormones. The rest looks to be repressed emotion. At any rate it doesn't seem that you have any major issues here, so talk with him about the things you don't like and hope for the best.

I have the same problem but, my girlfriend is pregnant so it's on the flip side.....I'm always loving to her but, since she's been pregnant I have just been really aggitated with her...I never say anything but, she just complains everyday I mean I understand it's uncomfortable but, geez can we have just one day without griping and complaining I broke 40 bones at least and I've complained less and now all she does is eat snacks so she spends all the grocery money on stuff that we can't eat for dinner....It's not that I'm mad that she's pregnant and all that it's just I can't help her and it really stresses me the hell out...Wish I could do something but, we have 3 weeks to go and then I hope it's over with all the emotions sorry had to tell ya the guys perspective

2 reasons for your feeling that way sunshine;

#1) you're pregnant and your hormones are jacked up like you would not believe so you are going to let little bitty things that you never even noticed before set you off like a damn fircracker.

#2) you're a female. You all have to have a little something to whine and complain about or you do not feel like you are a woman anymore. Sad but true, I know. I have a wife and 2 daughters so I am not speaking as an azzhole, I am speaking from experience.

What is so bad about using both hands? I am ambidextrous and it works to my advantage. I find it kind of interesting how women always complain that their men don't open up to them and then when they do they are criticized for their comments. It sounds like your hubby is a cry baby and that you really don't know the guy that is fathering your child. Of course this a quick observation of a woman full of hormones. Which is something I don't know much about at all.

I think it is the hormones, picking issues with things that normally don't bother you that much.

Most of what you mentioned above seems to be the same for most men, especially the complaining bit...

Ha Ha welcome to the real world of loving relationships.

It's horrible when you feel like that but I don't think you can live with someone and not get annoyed at a few things.

My Bf bugs me most days but I know I bug him as well so it works.

Congrats on your pregnancy! All things are found irritating when hormones are flaring.
