Absolutely NOT! Unless, of course, the owner asked you to on that occassion. Cell phones register the missed calls; the owners can normally get right back in touch with the caller if they want to do so.

No, never. Caller has called to speak to mobile phone owner only. If owner can't take the call, let the phone ring out. Caller will know owner can't take the call.

Really depends on the situation...

If I don't know the person that well, or it were at work, then I would leave it, voicemail would eventually kick in anyway.

If my bf has left his phone at home and I can see it is one of his friends calling, then I will answer it and tell them to call back later.

Not unless you are really close and they give you permission to do something like that and even then I would hesitate to do it. (The exception being close family members and only when I know the person who is calling- like another family member). Instead just let the voice mail pick up.

Of course, if you like the person or not. All you have to say is that the person is not there. Unless you are sleeping with someone who already has a partner, in which case I would not recommed it.

No, that's why there is this feature called voicemail. If it's really important the person who called will call again. Just let the person know that his/her phone rang while they were out, then can then check their caller id feature.

No, not at all. It's none of your concern. When the person comes back, tell them they had a call. Just mind your own business.

generally it is not good manners to accept another persons call. I suspect it depends how well you know the owner of the phone
