Not every Mobile Core Duo system has 64 bit features. Some of the still using 32 bit processors.
The ones that still using the 32 bit technology is Mobile Core Duo processors with Yonah core. The next generation of Core Duo after Yonah will be equipped with 64 bits features.

No. They only two dual core processors for a windows based system are from AMD. They are Athalon64x2M and Turion64x2.
Intel's core duo processors are 32 bit.

Intel core duo (Yonah) doesn't support 64 bit, its successor does.

no. a "core 2 duo" is 64 bit, a "core duo" isn't. not confusing at all.
