Nero is a great bit of software for doing that. Another way could be Copy content to folder on desktop then put black CD in drive and simply copy the content to blank disc. Windows xp has a simple interface for doing it.

If you have nero simply use the copy disk feature from the startsmart menu. If you only have one optical drive you will have to make an image so when it asks for the destination choose "disk image". It will then burn a copt of your disk to you hard drive, then put in a blank disk, double click the image you have just made, make sure the destination is now your cd/dvd burner and a new copy is made.
Otherwise copy all the files on the original disk to a file and then burn those files to a fresh disk

you need CD Burning software like Nero, if you already have it then, go to options panel and choose "Copy CD". If you don't have it, you can download it from http://www.soft32.com/download_263.html
After you choosing "Copy CD", you may need to specify source drive and destination drive. If you have two drives, CD Burner will be your destination drive, and the other will be source drive (ex: D:\ and E:\). If you only have one drive, then specify source drive and destination drive to be the same. In second case, you will have to wait for Burner to copy the source CD to your HDD, and then change 'source CD' with 'New CD'. Finally, let the Burner burn a new cd for you.
I hope this will help :-)

So long as it is not a copy protected disk you can use the Nero Recode which is one of the Nero components.
