Dunno about the men, but there's a site devoted to the women who do smoke, in real life as well as on screen. You'd be surprised who does turn up in those pages.
Actually, there are two major celeb female smoking sites - but I can't call up Smoking Celebs on this computer, because of its adult content. You'll have to dig that one up for yourself, but be aware - as I said, it's got heavy adult content.

The biggest chain smoker has to be Robbie Williams who can't get through a show without one. Kerry Katona is still puffing even though she's pregnant.
