It means that being on time---present when you should be and in the right place----shows that you do not waste other peoples time and care about how you are percieved by others

It means that punctuality really affects the way people see you, so it's a synonym of respect to everyone. It shows concern for the right of others because everybody has the right of being respected and by being punctual we're doing that!
Hope this help you.

It means that being on time is important because it shows respect for authority and/or people with whom you are supposed to meet by appointment. I am sure everyone here knows someone who is NEVER on time. They are being rude and disrespectful. Often they laugh when confronted and say, "Well, you know me. Mr. never on time." The humor is lost on those left waiting and waiting time and time again for the person who is never on time.

Chow!!

It means that being on time and not keeping the other person waiting shows that you care about and respect the other person's right, feelings, and the person themself. :)
