A quick and easy way to remove the paint is with mineral spirits or paint thinner. These will NOT harm the finish of your car. You may still have some light scratches under the paint which you can polish out with rubbing compound, then wax the area.

Try buffing it out with some wax compound. To get that go to the nearest auto paint shop supplier and ask the person at the counter whats the best to take off scratched paint off your car. It usally is color pink or orangish.

Use a very light compound by 3M and a buffer-speed no higher than 1800rpms-if you are uncumfortable using a buffer then it's elbow grease. Try you local auto paint supply store they would be able to direct you in what you would need
