The European countries are established and more expensive than areas in central America where a dollar still goes a long way. No place is absolutely safe when you have money. Someone always wants it! I like some of the islands of Honduras.

There is no best and safest Country. They all have problems. We are living in a unsafe world. That's why you need a Spiritual relation and why we have Angels to watch over us.

I would have to go with the Netherlands, that is a pretty peaceful nation. Or Canada outside of Europe. I'm true blue american but you gotta work to stay alive and no where is safe anymore.
