my wife same thing i read on the net that you should try to reduce minimise all the estrogens that are absorbed through your skin if you look at your shampoo and soap that you shower with look for any of the words ending in paraben any and all parabens should be avoided and then try your best to eat natural foods organic not chicken loaded with hormones or milk beef with the change in just our soap and shampoo she is a new woman also certain fragrances will triger your body to make more estrogens start with your shower products you will be surprised to see how many kinds have parabens but many do not one other is your make-up no parabens in anything and you will feel better in two months for sure and better and better every month after
all of you women should try this it worksfor women you sure are misinformed and to recommend pills is part of the problem get back to basics enough pills and chocolate bad to cause your weight has a lot to do with the amount of hormones you produce exercise dont eat junk common sense these problems werent around for your grandmothers

Here's how u fight the pain, instead of letting the pain ruin ur dailyplan.....
1.Drink Piles of warm water.
2. It's The old chinese saying, don't wash your hair! But i never do that coz it's disturbing not to wash my hair!!!!
3.Do not drink cold beverages or ice etc.
4. Heated pillow, put it on your tummy
5. go do sumthin intresting,allowing urself to not focus on the pain.
6.Eat healthy food.. dun't eat those painkillers. bad for health and future pregnancy u'll be having...
7.Anything Sweeet will make ur tummy hurts more. no no chocolate..
8. tell your mama to hug you,, and keep ur distance from those annoying people out there.. hehehe =D
9. Rub ur tummy in circular motion with sum baby oils, better with minty oil..
10. it's really all in ur attitude towards the pain..think positive and be smiley.. the hurt will go away!
ps: If it hurts real bad, i mean realllyyyyy2 bad,, n u cannot take it anymore, u shud go to the doctor,, just to be sure dat u;re not dealing with sumthin worse than PMS..
i know how it feels,, but dunt giv up..k then,,gudluck dear!

is it painful?
if its about the pain, you can take evening primrose pills.
it helps to balance your hormones and make it less painful.
if not,u can get panadol menstrual from any drug store.
if its about the mood swings and all.
i think its better to control and change your mentality on being angry.
im sure u know when you're irritated.
everybody gets annoyed and irritated.
but dont push your luck too much.
its best to control...

Vitamin with iron relieves cramping for me. So does sitting cross- legged.
