You know revenge is a two edged sword. It "kills" the person and it "kills" you. Why? because your heart and mind will not stop planning your great revenge and before you know it, your life has come to an end. You wasted your time for your enemy, instead of planning your life the way you really wanted it to be. Imagine yourself in bed so angry and seething, (your blood pressure shoots up, you experience palpitations, your mind is in a rage) while the person you want to exact revenge is sleeping calmly and peacefully. Delete all vengeance in your heart and see how like a prisoner , you 'll be set free. Learn from the mistakes of others... only wise men do. People who experienced this will always say :
" Vengeance is not yours, it's the Lord's" and even if you are not spiritual , you will learn that forgetting about vengeance is good for your health and well being . If you want to live longer, be free of negative thoughts.

Vengeance is God's exclusive preserve. A human being may end up being hurt the more while attempting a revenge. It is better to forgive if the offending has shown some repentance. If not, leave the case to God (or the law of Karma, if you like).

I prefer to forgive but again,,,,,,well depends on situation, sometimes fix them and then forgive or just move away from the situation, and if need be ,,,necessary action is taken, not revenge but decisive and responsive. Preference is to forgive, if possible.

Maybe I could forgive you, with revenge nothing is achieved, but what you seek for being forgiven for?

YES BUT IT IS TOUGH TO FORGIVE SOMEONE FOR SOMETHING MAY BE IT DEPENDS ON THE SITUATION
AS PROPHET MOHAMMAD (SAW) (PBUH) SAID FORGIVE IS BETTER THEN REVENGE BUT GOD HAVE GIVEN COMPLETE LAW IN GLORIOUS QURAN.................
BUT EVERY WHERE IS WRITTEN THAT FORGIVENESS IS BETTER THEN REVENGE SO WE SHOULD FORGIVE TO GET REWARD..............
BUT AS FAR AS WE KNOW WHENEVER WE DO GOOD DEED'S IT SHOULD NOT BE ON BASIS OF FEAR WE SHOULD ASK BLESSING'S AGAINST FORGIVENESS

I would go for revenge, but
When I found out the fact, I feel so weak that I can not think, let alone fight
I'm so sick
All I want to do now is leave here, I want to leave here.
Leave her, leave everybody, leave all my friends, they are not my friends any more. Not any more, everyone not any more.

Forgive, but not forget.
Revenge comes if a second offense occurs.
