Police department, teachers or staff with juvenile or adult correctional centers, counselors, administrators with any of these. I also suggest getting a law degree. Since crime and punishment, especially juvenile issues and the death penalty, touch on personal morals and religious beliefs, the church and state institutions will have to cooperate on better systems of addressing crime prevention and correction. So as better systems develop, you would need to keep up with the trends in law and government. Please look up groups such as "No More Victims" in Houston TX, "Alternatives to Violence Project" and "Prison Fellowship or Justice Fellowship" These are some proven models for rehab and recovery. Also look up "Restorative Justice" which is where the criminal justice system is heading.
