Please see your own GP.

Seriously Molly, don't post on a message board, go and see a doctor.

It sounds like stress but could be anything and only a doctor can diagnose.

It sounds like you could be suffering from anxiety, possibly with related high blood pressure. You should make an appointment to see your GP and discuss your symptoms and concerns with him/her, but it doesn't sound like anything to worry about and I really don't think there is anything wrong with your heart.
Best wishes.

please go to your GP and get your bloods done. you may have a low blood count, which can be easily sorted. it also sounds like a viral infection. it's coming up for that time of year. bad colds, flu like illness,flu.etc. people turning up the heating more bugs floating about. get checked out. then start looking after yourself.take care.
