Why not just go to a travel agent and ask them? Short flights within Asia are not so cheap. When I was in Singapore, and wanted to travel to Bali, it was going to cost me $600US return. I am sure I could have got a cheaper flight, but even a flight from Manila to other cities in the Philippines are at least $125 each way.

Shop around.

The cost of excess baggage will depend on the airline you'll be travelling with, so it might be an idea to check the price with the airline or ask your travel agent to do this for you. Costs can range from about £6 per kilo upwards. Have a good trip!
