the girl in question i have shot, used the sword ,tried to kick her off the bike but when i get her health down she rides off and i miss a whole pile of the story line can anybody help?

Ok, for this one you will need an Uzi. In Paradise plaza, from the warehouse head up the columbian roastmasters stairs. Half way up the stairs, jump onto the blue ledge and go to the fourth ledge. There will be a Submachine Gun. DO NOT USE..... Get to the girl.
Then when she attacks you get onto the scaffolding. If she rides out of the area you are in, jump onto the lower level of scaffolding, and wait for her motorbikes lights to appear. Jump back up. She should attempt to shoot you with a handgun. Do not worry, it does jack **** damage. Give her a good old blasting of the Uzi.
If you are any good with the Uzi (always use manual aim) then it should last. Only shoot when she shoots! She is a rubbish aim!
