I am still a kid and I know that having a decent job is quite impossible for me. I hope to go to other asian countries to have a job but still remain as a Singaporean as I am still a kid, I could think of being a citizen of other countries when I am considered as a teenager.

As a kid, I think it would be next to impossible to move. If you are old enough to work, then you could get a working visa.
I recommend you decide where you'd like to migrate. Once you decide, go visit the embassy of that country and have a chat with someone there.

Interesting proposition that you have here. Why do you need to migrate just to have a job? Is it not possible for you to have a job here when you grow up? What kind of work are you looking at? What field do you want to specialise in? I wonder if you have find out more on job prospects and job security if you work overseas. Plus the different country's requirement to allow you to go there to work.
