Absolutely. The ONLY time this is acceptable, and even this is a grey area, is if the dog has been SERIOUSLY injured.

Do the math: THEY HAVE FOUR LEGS. FOUR. Count 'em. You wouldn't stick an SUV on top of a Motorbike would you? WELL? WOULD YOU????

A dog has four legs, which is twice as much as the average human therefore walking should be twice as easy for it. Why should it require carrying?

And anything that Paris Hilton does cannot possibly be respectable.

Not at all. My stepfather carried our dog, all 75 pounds of her, uoften during her final weeks. I respect him more than ever after seeing the care he took with her.

defnitely impossible - chose a dog that can walk on it's own four feet. Why would you take someone seriously that was a human slave to their dog? (great e.g. Paris Hilton)
