U hav to apply to court with suitable reason and the decision may vary in different cases.
But I think :-
I think divorce, dowry, female abortion, corruption, unemployment are the main devils in India.

Divorce may be given by the court
on any of the following grounds:
1.To prove adultry of any one of them
2. If cruelty is proved by any one of them.
3. If there is cheating found after marriage.
4. If there are conealment of facts found
to be true after marriage.
5. On the grounds of Impotency.
6. If the couple are seperated for
more than 3 years, there is a cause
for application for divorce.
7. If there are dowry demands
by the family of the boy or self.
8. If the female denies conjugal
rights to the husband.
9. If either of the two is mentally
retarded or having mental disabilities.
10. Mutual Consent
These are sufficient grounds for making a successful
Divorce petition and on the basis of which Divorce is
granted.

first of all fall in love with a girl then marry her after sometime u will see some changes in her and after that fighting in between started and last stage is divorce
