get yourself a decent set of heavy weights, doing low reps with heavier weights leads to gain. There's no quick fix's it's training training training...... get some good quality protein down you... look at your diet too (plenty of chicken, staeks and tuna down you)

I am currently taking Promass from CNP - it cost £26.99 for 2.5kg tub..... that should last you 4 weeks.... it works for me, but again i stress the point that what works for one doesn't always work for another.

I train as follows

Monday: Chest & Triceps
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: off
Thursday: Deltoids and Biceps
Friday: footie
Saturday: Legs
Sunday: Off

just remember that a lower set of reps at a heavier weight, ...but be sensible don't try and lift something that you can only get one rep out of..... 6 is usually a good number...... and you feel it the next day to......... just make sure your girlfriend doesn't poke you, like mine does..... i get her back though

PS If you want a really good arm exercise try doing 21's .... they're killers........

Take a jog..... as far as your local bicycle shop, buy a cheap bike and ride an hour every morning. (then never jog again... it's bad for your knees).

I have lost 3 stone, and am building up muscle and muscle tone quite well just from that and a good diet.
