You are right. It can do more than harm the liver. It can kill a person so death makes liver damage irrelevant

It's very very harmful, not only to liver and brain, but to you as a human: you'll soon be a non-liver, if you take cocain over a period of time!

It is harmful on the liver, however- To get really really high, you only need to sniff about a half a gram of coke. I can assure you that that half a gram is still much easier on your liver than say 6 beers, which a whole lot of people drink every weekend.
Your liver repairs itself, and is fairly durable, so have yourself alot of fun.

cocaine does affect the liver. the liver filters your blood and wuth the particles in the cocaine, it messes up the code so to speak that your brain sends out and makes it work a lot harder. Puts more wear and tear so to speak and weakens it.
