Because we are fast becoming the minority. I'm sick of the namby-pamby attitude of everyone. There's far too many right-on, PC w4nkers about, just look at the answers to some of the more controversial questions on here. To prove it I'll say VOTE BNP. Now watch the thumbs down and violation notices pour in!
EDIT:
What did I say, that's the attitude of this country now. I'm not allowed to express my political stance without being lambasted. If I were to put that the white man is an infidel and I will continue to force my wife to wear a veil, I'd get thumbs-up and comments like "Yeah go for it, I think you should be allowed to do what you wish." The sooner I pack my bags and leave this country for good, the better.

When I was in the UK Civil Service in the early 80's we had to fill in racial surveys. One question asked about discrimination and then asked you to tick your race. There was no box for White. the reason given was something like "As Whites cannot be subject to racial discrimination, that box has been omitted."
So, to answer your question, whites have no rights because successive governments have wanted it that way. I have never supported Labour but I do hope Jack Straw has started something that will turn into an intelligent debate about rights in the UK.

While the indigenous population does have the same rights under the law, when it comes to employment there are exemptions from the racial discrimination laws for the employment of minorities. These exemptions tend mainly to be used by local authorities, who, spending other peoples' money are able to give their political dogma a greater priority than providing an efficient service. Jews and Sikhs are the ones with the real advantage. They have the combined race-religion status which gives them protection from racial discrimination while enabling them to discriminate on the grounds of religion.

Because certain people believe that White English Born dont get racial discrimination, in some cases we do but not much thats why we dont have any rights cause normally its us whites that dish it out to everyone and i think the people who are racist need shooting and open there eyes and see that everyone has equal rights to live no matter what colour , intrests, but i do think White people need more rights for racial discrimination cause in some places it dose happen and i think the goverment and other people dare not say anything cause it would cause a nice big up roar which would be funny to see

Not strictly fair, I know, but it's the equivalent of asking why former Nazi officers can't get pensions from the Holocaust Survivors Board. While not applying to the white English of today in any particular way, the fact is that the ancestors of the white English made up one of the most racist nations in history. Even as late as the 1970s, the most popular TV shows were "The Black and White Minstrel Show" and "Love Thy Neighbour" - a so-called comedy about the hilarious and shocking results of - wow, get this - a black family moving into a white neighbourhood.
Societal advancement in the UK is still ludicrously slanted in favour of the white English, but we are still essentially paying 'emotional reparation' for the racial discrimination of our fathers and our grandfathers. Is that fair? Not in individual cases, no, because it doesn't take account of individual circumstances, and I'm truly sorry if you've experience this. But in societal terms, there's still a long way to go before Britain can claim to be a truly integrated society. If white English people get the raw end of the racial discrimination stick for a little while, in the broader scheme of things, it's just a growing pain that takes us from the racist society of the 60s and 70s to what will hopefully be the next evolution of our society - true multi-cultural integration.

Actually we do, its just more difficult to prove.
The few times where the situation arises would be an assault with an obviously racial motive, been squeezed out of job where the majority of workers are of a different ethnicity, or otherwise when the British white was in a minority in a given situation and was discriminated against. For example an English person subjected to racial (nationalistic?) abuse in other parts of the UK.
I have had racial taunts aimed at me in the London tube. That's a form of racial discrimination but hey, that was once in this country. I'm sure that for people with darker skin the frequency is a lot greater.

Of course they do. It was only a few weeks ago that somebody (a white man) sued the police for racial discrimination.

I know it is very upsetting to know that white people do not have a voice or protection from racial abuse, I have been racially attacked myself and I had my ethnic friend with me as a witness But I felt that the police wasn't taking it seriously that I didn't pursue the complaint.

Since white English people are a member of a race, they are protected by definition.
The only thing is that the white-british culture is still the dominant culture and is thus called upon to compromise to be inclusive of minorities when before no such consessions were necissary.

Because we are run by a load of social working poofs who love immigrants (They see them as a cheap vote)! They bark on and on about equality! Well when I went to school I learned that for something to be 'equal' it meant that everyone would get treated the same! This government has re-written the text book by adding the clause....."only if you are an immigrant or non white person"! We have NO rights in this country anymore and unless something is done to redress the balance soon I fear there will be riots as people are at the point where enough is Enough!!!

Because we do not exist according to Blair.
Isn't this so in the classroom, work or anywhere else?
We who sit in the corner and do as we are told end up the same.
Look at the Government members.
Most started out as rebels to get noticed by the workers then change sides when they got power.
I remember Hains was always being pulled in for something.
Look at him now suited and booted he is ready to take over.
What have we got to fight with?
Nothing. It is taken away from birth to death and even then the body is theirs until they have finished with it.
They even school them these days to be ineffective.
Germany is the best place to be loyal in and always has been.
