When you are true to yourself.

You will know when the world , around you, no longer disturbs you.You will know truly that you are ( we are all) born to have happiness all the time. all that you were experiencing belonged to the outer "I" . The real "I" has nothing to do with these experiences.

You will know that the real "I" is watching . like a witness over the happenings and is not involved .That this "I " is just playing a role it has been assigned during this transistion in this world.

Difficult concept but true.

You wake up in the morning feeling normal or even good. You like people unconditionally, unless they do a "crazy Ivan" on you, you tend to laugh more, and you let yourself accept you for who you are. Everything is significant, and you have finally found a way to make peace with God.

When you feel comfortable and without a need to hide yourself.
Once you do, don't lose it. If changes must occur, let the changes adjust to your true self not vice versa.
I truly found myself and lost it due to fear of being boring, totally regrettable.

I guess you have to feel that you lost yourself in order to feel that you found yourself. I don't know what that means. Maybe I've never lost my self so I would have to know what would feel like in order to truthfully answer that question. Can you tell me what that would feel like? Maybe I lost myself and I don"t even know that I did. I'm feeling really concerned now.

According to Maslow's Theory of needs, it's when you reach the top and you have all of your basic needs left to live, and you give back to others. This can be in philanthropic ways or by volunteering.

You will no longer need a map and a tour guide.

Feel free to consider that in a philosophical fashion. It's true either way.

I have not reached that point. I am not even close. I imagine it will be the day that I jump out of bed, ready for the day instead of piling more pillows on my head to drown out the new day.
