How long will the new Orion Spacecraft take to reach the moon with a fully manned crew?

The way things are going now in the government sector.....probably another 20 years + 2 days.

3 days, juts like Apollo did. Any slower and it just falls back to Earth without ever getting to the Moon. Any faster is just a waste of fuel.
