Yeah, if it's too tight can cause Thrush as there would be a lot of heat! Why would you want to wear one for longer than is necessary though?

Some people keep thisr kid's in nappies 24/7 for months on end with no detrimental effect.
So long as you keep yourself clean, maybe use a little anti perspirant and choose a well fitted garment, I forsee no problems so long as you dont wear it for more than say 24 hours or so at a time, then have a few hours breathing space without.... it should be no different to me wearing normal mens underwear and a railway uniform for 20 odd hours at a strech when I used to work long shifts and get home and fall asleep on the sofa before getting changed.

Or are we talking a week ? in which case.... Ewww !!!

wearing tight fitting synthetic material for too long can cause irritation to sensitive body parts, sometimes even thrush.
As long as you shower regularly though you should be ok!

Depends on your idea of "Too long" and what you think is healthy!
In general, these are made of synthetic fibres, which are definitely bad for you!
