My friend broke up w/ his ex. He went to a club w/ his friends & saw her there. He got so drunk he flipped out on her. He said he knew he said alot of wrong things but he don't remember what. He made a fool out of himself in front of his friends & his ex's friends. Now he don't even think she is going to talk to him anymore. Is there anyway he can apologize w/ the right words 4 something he did that he didn't mean? He don't think he wants her back. He just want her forgiveness for what he did. Other than that he wants to move on but he really don't know how. He is too stress to eat, sleep, or even go out. Is there any advise for the apology & to move on? please help. He feels so stress that he wants to do something stupid to himself.

He could try to tell her that alcohol brings out a nasty side in him and really effected his judgement in a very poor way and that he was in pain and that pain - and his inability to express things appropriately and only through anger is what was saying those things and not him.. and that although they did not work out - he does not hate her nor did he want to hurt her in any way and tell her that he does care about her and is sorry from the bottom of his heart - it may be better to send a note though - she can think about it then and does not have to see him if she does not want to.

i'm sorry to hear this but sometimes things happen for a reason...
I think ur friend is better to walk away and stop harrassing this poor girl....if she is not interested then ur friend needs to understand that....
U can not force someone to like u back or even love u when their heart is not in it...
He has apologized many times and he is really making things worse by trying to approach her or her friends....
I suggest he takes a break and go away for a short time.....he needs to recollect his thoughts and try to understand his behaviour.
Anyway, there are plenty of other girls he can have so really he needs to find that special spark inside again and start again....
After all, he does now have good experience of being with a girl...just learn from any mistakes ur friend has made and start again.

ask him to write her a real apologizing letter, describing her the conditions and situations he was in. since she is a girl, am sure, she will understand him and forgive him.
ask him to be good and really sweet.

well if he can,t remember what he did how can he appoligise for it , in that case he should apolgise for making an *** of him self and abusive drinking whcth probly was the whole problem!
