I think you are asking what to think about jealous people. In Buddhism there are several realms of spiritual existence. Some souls are like "hungry ghosts" that constantly desire and covet but find no satisfaction in this lifetime. This is one realm of suffering. I feel a sad sense of compassion for such souls that cannot find happiness, but can be plagued with anger that causes harm to themselves and others. Not only do they dwell in misery but they cause additional suffering to others which is a shame to see. I would pray for all souls to find resolution and comfort so that no such suffering continues. Otherwise, it seems to pass from one generation to the next until the vicious cycle of karmic sin and suffering is broken.
