Are you using the service for a period of time(eg months)or just on weekly basics.Most of the advise above, only answer half of your questions.If you are here for free and eazy tour,get a limo with a driver from a tour agency or you can hired a Taxi driver on hourly chartered basics.If you are an expect here, you can seek help from your human resorce department,or rent a car from all the above mention companies and employ a local driver on monthly basics. Most major car rental companies (Avis, Hertz, Budget etc) have offices in Singapore. There are also many smaller/local car rental companies available. Check with your travel agent or the hotel you are staying, should not be difficult and the prices are very competitive. Have fun :-)
