Along Beach Road opposite the Royal Plaza Hotel is lined with shops doing just this. Or if you go to most of the coffee shops or hawker centres, you can find one around too. Like at Marina South Food Centre.

there are plenty along the purvis street and seah liang street (opposite bugis junction). some are more expensive though.

some hotels also offer steamboat buffets including M Hotel, New Hotel Otani, Copthorne Orchid Hotel.

Marina South. take a MRT till MARINA mrt station and take the bus 100 if i'm not wrong its about 12 perhead, OR, at Turf City, also 12 per head, Or go to this place called Hans River at East point Simei MRT

Marina South! Its 12 bucks per adults and 5 bucks for kids.. they offer a wide variety of food.. not air-conditioned though..

One of them is Marina Bay.
There is one in Bugis (near Shaw Tower)
There is one more also in bugis (in front of the hot air balloon)
There is another one in Suntec Conventional Hall Lvl 1
