Water based diets don't work permently..they are only a quick fix...losing weight is a lifestyle change..you should try to change your eating habits and exercise more.

No it does not. Get some glucomannan root from an herbal shop for the same price and use subliminal music when you are on your computer.Cost of glucomannan fiber = $9.00 with shipping. Cost of Subliminal music = $3.50 with shipping. Good Luck
