Getting enough sleep, eating right and not being hungry in class, frequent exercixse (15-20 minutes a day 2-3 days a week) and making sure I am not stressed by not setting goals and objectives and staying on top of my studies, readings and class assignments. Be in the present and enjoy the gift you have in an education in our country. Some others in and outside of our country will never experience the true personal freedom one achieves from an education.

Sleep well the night before class. Eat a light meal or snack before class. Take a short walk before class. Take notes and ask questions during class (this will be easier if you have studied the night before.) Make a game of it; see if you can stump the teacher. If all else fails; wear really dark sunglasses!

pro plus and coffee usually do it for me. But if you are not wanting to do that try and do some exercise in the morning before you get there then you should be full of energy!

I shake my leg...and take deep breaths..i also start taking notes so i keep my attention and eyes moving.
