Specifically speaking, there are no "bays" associated with the Arctic Ocean that are north of Europe, since parts of Sweden, Norway, and Finland all extend beyond the Arctic Circle.

However, there are two that connect to it (and are part of it) that are located in north-central and north-eastern Canada ... Baffin Bay and Hudson Bay. The majority of Hudson Bay is north of Oslo ... all of Baffin Bay is north of Helsinki.

The other bodies of water that comprise portions of the Arctic Ocean are: Barents Sea, Beaufort Sea, Chukchi Sea, East Siberian Sea, Greenland Sea, Hudson Strait, Kara Sea, Laptev Sea, Northwest Passage, and other tributary water bodies.
