you can't transfer millage point to some else's mabuhay miles...but you can use your millage points to purchase a ticket for another person...

Yes, I have done it. But PAL wants a scanned copy of your passport to do it....or some other ID.
I had points which were going to expire and I wanted to give them to someone. You can do it....just ask PAL how to do it.

Yes you can have it credited to another. I did it when my daugther travelled from Davao City to Manila.

it's non-transferrable.. u should use the miles to purchase the tickets ;-)
