My doctor told me that man on top was best, and that after he has ejaculated to put a pillow under my hips for half hour, not sure why, but it sure worked!

Remaining still for a while after intercourse has been recommended to help aid fertility. I would assume missionary or spoons would work. Frequency may be more important than position.

I dont think it makes much difference. I have conceived 6 times each in different positions. If you are destined to get pregnant then you will do regardless.

any position will do... but the best is those position that woman's are lying instead... Some says if woman r on top, they tends to 'receive' the sperm lesser.... Anyway, it all depends on when u did it... n leave the others to fate...

Missionary with no lubrication.....and lay on your back with your legs up after sex.
