Can't loose weight! I tried everything, from different diets and trainings but nothing really works for me! I read some great articles on http://www.diet-advices.com and I must say from all sites I ever see on web this is the best place you can find really good answers, but still need some live answers from people like me...

There are only a few ways to lose weight without any effort at all. Those are taking diet pills and subliminal music. These are the only 2 effortless choices I can think of if you want to lose weight without doing a whole lot of exercising etc. I will list a reference for a place where I got my subliminal music for a few dollars. I also use something called glucomannan which is a type of fiber which expands like 7 fold its size. It helps to reduce fat and I think you can get a bottle around the internet for $7.00 or so at herbal shops. These 2 options are your choices for effortless weight loss, but I still recommend exercise as a natural way to burn fat. Good Luck!

Honestly, the easiest and most healthiest way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise frequently (2-3 times a week is sufficient). There is NO other way to get the weight off and keep it off. Even if you do surgery, if you don't eat right and exercise it WILL come back. So save yourself some time, energy and money you don't have to spend and start eating healthier and exercising more. It definitely works for me, I am 33 and just as fit when I was 16. I get mistaken for a teenager or early twenty year old often. They wouldn't even let me into the movies for an "R" rated movie until I showed my ID! Be good to your body and your body will be good to you!

YES-
1.go for 3-4 km walk everyday
2.do light exercise everyday
3.don't eat full stomach i.e. little less what required
4.stop junk food-coke,ice cream,oil,creams take carbohydrate & protein more and less oil()consult dietisian
5.please follow this daily activities for 6 month continously

Perhaps it's your metabolism or thyroid. Have you been faithful to your diets? It wouldn't hurt to get the thyroid and metabolism checked at your physician's office. Sometimes these are the culprits and no matter what you do to lose weight you can't lose it. Hope this helped ya some.

Losing weight is a lifestyle change not a quick fix...I learned that on weight watchers...you should try it ! it works but you have to stick with it or the weight comes back.
