You did not give any details as to, if you want to ship it within the US or internationally. Cheapest way to do it would be in one single package, and through a freight forwarder.

Greyhound Package Express is buy far the cheapest way to ship a 100 lb package and less likely to get damaged because there's no sorting machine nor conveyor belts to deal with.

I would say UPS. Sometimes Fedex but usually UPS is cheaper. Stay away from the post office on this one. Breaking them up into boxes adds more to the final price by using the post office. Think of this...You can send two one sheet letters in 2 envelopes for the cost of a stamp a piece...OR you could send 2 sheets in one envelope for the price of one stamp. 100 pounds at the post office would be outrageous. Check with UPS.

The common ground carriers charge more for Heavy packages and over sized boxes. I would defiantly break them up into 2 to 3 boxes just insure if they were dropped the weight wouldn't cause the box to split open.
UPS would my first choice and they will pick up.
The bus lines may be the cheapest but you would have to drop it off.

Fed Ex Ground. They are better than other ground shipping, including UPS.

try any provider with this kinda service. they give you a box and you can squeeze all you can for a flat price. (: my indonesia maid once did this and it only took her around 40 USD. Alternatively, you could try DHL. my dad uses it and it is reliable and fast and cheap (: my mum says TNT. lol, (:
