I really need help. My boyfriend didnt ask me to marry him, but he said that he wanted us to get married after he got better from an infection in his sinuses. How do i know that he wants to propose or is considering marriage?!?! & second of all how do i know if hes doing it because he wants to?!?

Just wait, i guess he still waiting for the right time to propose to you..beside you dont to have to worry if you really feel that he loves you and he wanna marry you it will just happen in GOds time and guidance.

The thing that struck me about your question is when you asked "second of all, how do I know if he's doing it because HE WANTS TO?"
Do you have doubts about his true feelings or intentions? Some men (sorry guys!), just can't express their true feelings the way a woman can...they're not as emotionally naked when it comes to expressing themselves. He may be just one of those guys who finds it difficult to get really serious or even lovey-dovey when it comes to proposing or simply taking a relationship to the next level.
My husband was like this...when his father suggested we get engaged, his reaction was, "but we're so young..." which we were! I took great offense to this, and thought he didn't love me enough to marry me on the spot when his father had brought it up. Looking back, my husband was pretty wise, as we were definitely too young to marry so soon. Thank god it worked out, but still, guys tend to think things through without their emotions getting in the way of their feelings, even when they truly and deeply love you. And this might come across as aloofness or even a coldness on their part, which is certainly not the case.
I'd recommend the 'wait and see' approach. You don't want to suffocate him by bringing it up all the time. Give him some time...and maybe you'll have an engagement ring wrapped around your finger after he gets over his infection. Good Luck!

Well, telling you he wnats to get married to you is a pretty big sign that he wants to.
He will probably start being a little more romantic and you may catch him going out a bit more frequently and making terribly excuses for it when hes really going to look at rings.
Also, most guys wont marry unless they want to, but some signs would be that the relationship thus far has been a good one, hes been kind and hasnt used you or anything.

When he starts talking about the future with u in it. When he mentioned marriage to u, it means he was considering having u as his wife.
As for your second question, how do u know he really wants to?
If he came up with the idea himself without u pressuring him or talking him into it, then I would say the idea came from him entirely and this means he really wants to marry u.

well you just said he didn't ask you,,but says he wanted to get married after his sinuses gets better,,,,,it dint take forever for that to get better,, so wait if you really interested in him and see if he ask you after he better as far as sex... make him wait for that also, sinuses will heel faster i think

Hope you have the dress because his sinus infection should be cleared up within days, or maybe he's just talking through his nose - who knows.

Tell him to go "blow his nose" off. He is not going to ask you anytime, or anywhere. If you leave, he will come after y ou if he really wants you, otherwise, he is just telling you that.... What some guys say to their girlfriends to keep them on the hook for sex. they know very well, they do not want to get married. "A SINUS INFECTION"??? BIG DEAL. . go find someone else who cares.
