Negotiable or Open. Both can reflect that you are flexible without coming off as greedy or over/under shooting the salary range. When interviewing, if they ask you what you need to make, counter by asking what the salary range is for this position before giving a number.

I dont think that money is nothing, it's important for our living, but just a means of living. Sometime I never care about salary, juts feel sasticfy ­with my job, it's ok. But if you got a good job, the salary will be ok after that. I think so

Negotiable. Especially if the employer lists DOE (Depending on Experience) in thier offer.

Otherwise choose the $ amount. i.e., $12/hr or $1500/month.
