Like Sweet/Jen I use the Satin Hands for my hands. In the pharmacy I wash my hands a lot so whatever lotion is handy by the sink I put on. When I do this I rub it well all over & into my cuticles, pushing them back as I do, as they have a tendency to dry out what with all the bottles I stick my hands into & papers I have to handle. I consider my feet tools of my trade since I'm on them all day, so I treat them as well or better than my hands. Every night I use the hasp and/or pumice stone on them to smooth down rough areans, lotion them and put socks on. In the morning in the shower I scrub them with some moisturizing body wash on an exfoliating sponge, then use a sea salt scrub by Arbonne to finish off and moisturize. It sounds like a lot of trouble but once you get into a routine it only takes a few minutes each day and your hands & feet will thank you. Hope this helps. (ps-also I try about once a month to get a spa pedicure professionally. I don't get manicures as I prefer to keep my nails short so I take care of polish, etc, myself)

Do yourself a favour! Don’t use any cosmetic products. Get an Aloe Vera Plant. Every night before going to bed massage your face, neck, hands & feet with the fresh juice of this plant (like a clear Gel). When you experience the beautiful look and feel of your skin on these areas you can pay me all the money you would have spent on costly cosmetics (just kidding).

By the way the Aloe Vera plant is very cheap (around 20 bucks) it needs no sun light very little water, no fertilizers etc., and has 100’s of useful medical properties.

One of the simplest ways to care for your hands and feet are to be mindful of temperature and what you expose them to. Wear gloves when the weather gets cold to prevent chapping. Wear gloves when you wash dishes to prevent dry cracked skin from constant exposure to harsher water temperatures. Lotion your hands after you wash them to help keep them smooth. Stay away from lotions that contain alcohol since they can actually dry out your skin more. Drink plenty of water just to keep your skin hydrated. Wear the right shoes, etc. Yet even when you take good care of your body there are things that are just beyond our control. Mary Kay sells a great product called Satin Hands. This is a three step treatment that helps to restore, exfoliate, and rehydrate your hands. You can use it before bedtime and it's a great way to take care of and restore and prevent further damage. If you want more info on the product you can visit www.marykay.com/jlhammerle23. Hope this helps

yes, definitely.

The first areas on your body that will show signs of aging are the hands and the neck (of course, feet too).

Mosturize daily in the morning and after you shower/in the evening. Body shop's shea butter body butter is the best to keep your hands and feet nice and soft.
