I worked as a server and it was by far the worst job I ever had. Getting paid 2 bucks an hour and not getting any tips that night would infuriate me beyond belief. And then drunks and homeless people would meander in and demand free food. I had one homeless guy chuck change in my face when I asked him to leave (he was asking my customers for money). You had to suck it up and be nice to the jerks to get the tips, and even then you wouldn't alot of the time. And the cooks would be in the back laughing and joking around instead of making my food, so people would start to get pissed off cause their order was taking too long. It was an overall miserable experience.

I was a waitress at Denney's. I lasted one day. I was 22 and it was in Ana CA. What was bad is it was a midnight shift and I made no tips because I had one customer all night and they made me clock out before I started my side work that lasted another 4 hrs off the clock.

I don't like it anymore, cuts into family time with wife + daughters

My last one! I worked in a factory and we made gloves for the military (protective against chemicals). i worked in the quality department and it use to really p*ss me off when they made us ship out gloves I thought weren't safe! The pay was excellent but it wasn't worth the stress! And our union sucked! I'm 31 but I'd rather not say where I'm from!

My job I'm at now...... I'm 19 in VA. My job SUCKS..... It's only temporary though... It's good money and I'm getting a car. Once I get that I'm outta here.
