red itchy bumps appear from contact with a substance in which you are allergic....side affects...anywhere from just itchy red bumps to breathing problems..

Your body's immune system is fighting a substance you ate or drank.It is an allergy.
Your body makes histamines.Your cells leak fluids hence the bumps:itchy.Those bumps are called hives.

BREAKING OUT IN HIVES IS BIG OR SMALL BUMPS THAT ITCH AND SOMETIMES HURT AT THE SAME TIME...IT DEPENDS WHY YOU ARE GETTING THEM THAT DECIDES WHAT OTHER SYMPTOMS MIGHT FOLLOW. WITH ME I THEN HAVE TROUBLE SWALLOWING AND BREATHING..BUT THAT'S ME...BENADRYL FOR ALLERGY REACTIONS... GOOD LUCK..

itchy bumps that get larger as you scratch them as a result to being in contact with something you are allergic to.

It's an allergic reaction, use Benedryl

They are like big red whelps! And they itch and hurt! They suck! I get them if I take a medicine and I'm allergic to it!
