I have the problem at the duplex my husband and I are currently renting. I think you should research things that are aversions to spiders on aj.com or google.com. You could also go buys some bug spray that is recommended to use indoors and spray it along the base and bottom of ALL your walls, and make sure you concentrate on corners. I would suggest spraying at least once a month to maintain it. Good luck, spiders are no joke. . .they bite and those bites itch!

Go around the house once a week with the vacuum cleaner. Take the floor thingy off so it's just a straight pipe. Suck them all up. If you don't stay on top of them, they will multiply. Next year you will have ten times as many.

If they're not brown recluses or black widows, and since it's a less used place, just leave them. They eat bugs.
