You need to prepare a fresh breakfast at home (wake up earlier to do this if need be.) Burger King is giving you too much fat, cholesterol and other unwholesome things.
Pack your own lunch and take it with you if you can. Include carrot sticks, celery or other crunchy vegetables which you can eat raw and which give you the sensation of eating a healthy snack food (the crunch without the questionable nutrition of Doritos or other snack food).
Dinner cannot be snacks. Square meals are important. Again, this is going to take a little extra time on your part, but the results will be worth the trouble. Stay away from frozen or prepared stuff and eat freshest food possible. The microwave oven and the can opener can be the two most dangerous items in a kitchen!
Chicken, beef, pork, lamb, fish can be broiled or roasted. Try to avoid frying anything. And cut out the milk and dairy products. Stick with water or freshest juice possible.
By doing so, you will keep cholesterol and triglycerides down in your system, and your doctor will love you for that when you go for your annual checkup.

no i don't think you have a good diet because having Burger King for breakfast every morning is not good. Even if it is egg of sausage. If your on the go pour some cereal into a bag and garb a carton of milk. Lunch from the caffeteria is great becuase they ususally have good healthy choices. But for dinner it shouldn't be just snacks. Having a bad diet can lead to being tired, and getting stomach aches. Your diet doesn't also seem to have fruit in it. It would be wise to atleast eat an apple evey once and a while. If your usually busy you can look online for quick meals that are still heathy. Good luck and stay heathy

Well you could start off with a better dinner. Does snacks like snickers and hershey bars sound good to you? Don't be lazy. Try to have some proper food at least. And starting off the day with Burger King is a no-no. I like having smoothies for breakfast. If you're in a hurry, just take some fruit on the go.

Looks like a pretty good diet up until dinner. For breakfast you should probably add in some none fast food items like cereal, toast, or fruit every now and then. Just add in some meat and veggies for dinner and that should make it a little healthier.

yes...
but just a little in breakfast
i would eat like cereal with fruit
or
egg and toast and apple juice
or
a smoothie of banana, watermaleon, strawberry
or
just vary burger king and a healthy breakfast
because you might not have that weight for a very long time and
try to eat your snacks earlier, maybe switch lunch and dinner

Ummm yeah...

You need to eat fresh fruit and vegetables and whole grains.
Try not too eat so much animal fats like sausage, croissants, chocolate and deep fried things.
Lunch looks okay except for the dorito's.

its not too bad, there is room for improvement, especially during dinner time.you have a good combination of food types
you didnt mention the portion size, but according to your weight/height ratio you are fine.
i would also start my day eating cereal and fruit as apposed to the burger king breakfast, which is not healthy, also to have a good diet you have to drink more
