They're both the same on the crooked scale. The only difference is that Nixon is history and Bush is history in the making.

Mr Bush is the proverbial trouble maker. He loves attention and keeping the country in trouble keeps him in the limelight.... but I don't think that qualifies him as a crook. So I gues the answer to your question is Richard Nixon.

go to google video they have some very interesting doco's on both of them but i say from what i have seen Bush they go back a long way and with nixon JFK 2 doco was good includes the Bushes.
