Assertive- You state what you want without stepping on anyone's toes.
Aggressive- Same as above but you step on ALOT of toes.

I have worked very hard to learn assertiveness, because aggression is what comes to me naturally. Sometimes I backslide.

assertive has no regard for toes, I speak my mind, if you can't handle it, you have the problem. agressive means f*** you I am right.
I can live with my beliefs, regardless of how others feel. I wish well to all, regardless of their belief.
