1. He needs to get the best solicitors he can and go for custody of the child, with a settlement that she can live on for life. Beyond that, nothing.

2. McCartney's got a reputation for being supportive of his first wife, and then Heather's cause. I find it very hard to believe that his nature has suddenly taken an 180° turn.

3. I think she planned this financial kill with having the child. She got to him when he was emotionally & biologically vulnerable.

4. I also think he should get the songs he wrote put in his own name. We may all know who wrote what, but centuries from now, no one will. For copyright and royalties to generations of family, he should claim his songs.

Good Luck and Warm Wishes.

She hasn't a snowflake's; most of his money was earned decades before he even met her; how can she say she contributed to his fortune? How can she say she deserves such a chunk of it?

I think the current reports of him being violent and taking drugs are just a ploy to freak him into making a bigger offer to make her go away.

£50 million was generous, even with a child involved; for her to get anywhere near that, let alone ten times that, would be a travesty.

I'm not sure that you can call her a gold-digger, If he in his wisdom is silly enough to reject a pre nup then that is his own look out, she is entitled to half of his money why should she settle for less when she is also raising his child.

It is women like her who do nothing in a marriage except live high off the hog and then expect tens of millions of dollars who give all women a bad name.

I think $50 million is more than fair, as they were only married for four years.

Heeellllll NO! He should have used a pre-nup! Trump uses them and they are rock solid! She should be glad she's getting what she's getting. I'm married and we only get $30,000 from the ARMY and she's whining about millions? GOLD DIGGING B**CH!
